This course is on the Digital Archives Specialist (DAS) certification track and the cost of the exam is included. Participants must have the ability to download free Oxygen editing software prior to the class. Experience with XML is helpful, but not required. Though virtual, this is a hands-on class that will run from 9:00am to 5:00pm with standard breaks. Applications accepted through May 7, 2021. Successful applicants will be notified by May 14, 2021. A limited number of spaces are available. Priority will be given to those working in archival repositories with limited support for professional development. Funding for the course is provided by the National Historical Publications and Records Commission.
