Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi Special Collections & Archives is excited to announce that applications for the Dr. Hector P. Garcia Fellowship are now open! 

This fellowship is a wonderful opportunity for researchers to engage with the Dr. Garcia Papers. Awards of $1000 each will be made to three separate applicants. Read on for a bit more information, or visit our website for complete details!

Who may apply: Any researcher interested in engaging with Dr. Garcia’s Papers. This fellowship is opened to tenured academics and new researchers who have not yet had a chance to visit an archive before and everyone in between!

What is required: 500-word statement of interest, a brief C.V., dates of intended visit, and a letter of reference

When to apply: June 1st-August 31^st
