The Digital Systems, Training, and Support Coordinator (R97134) is a professional staff position reporting to the Director of Technology and Digital Initiatives. The coordinator is responsible for developing and managing the day-to-day technology operation of the Collections and Archives division, which includes three locations: Center for Arkansas History and Culture, Ottenheimer Library, and Sequoyah National Research Center. We are looking for candidates who can implement, manage, and automate a range of server, desktop, and mobile systems; provide technology training and support to colleagues, faculty, and students; collaborate with a variety of people on projects involving technology; and manage a small staff.
