Are you a talented craftsperson? Do you have cool stuff to donate?

We are seeking contributions for the upcoming silent auction and SLOTTO raffle for the 2026 Annual Meeting in Waco, Texas, April 29-May 2. This year’s Silent Auction will be offered online via RallyUp. The SLOTTO raffle will be in-person. Whether you attend SLOTTO in person or participate in the Silent Auction from afar, please be generous so we can help support our SSA scholarships!

We are looking for individual items as well as bundles or baskets of items. Individual archivists or institutions may contribute to either the hybrid auction or the in-person SLOTTO event. 

How to Donate:

Please fill out this form by Monday, April 13th for each individual item/bundle you wish to donate.
