Greetings!  Thank you to all who participated in the SAA Digital Archives Specialist trainings in Santa Fe this fall!  It was great to meet this cohort of practitioners. 

The next DAS exam date is February 24.  Would you be interested in sitting for the exam in Santa Fe?  (We've got the room secured, and just need 5 people total who want to take the exam in Santa Fe.  And did I mention that ski season is on?) 

Worth noting:

With the continual evolution of best practices and standards in the field of Digital Archives, the course material in this program is constantly reviewed and revised. … To assure the exam questions correlate with the course content, it is important that all courses be completed within 24 months and that the comprehensive exam be taken within five months of completing the final course, ensuring that you are tested on the appropriate course material.
