The deadline to submit session proposals for the 2020 SSA Annual Meeting “Visionary Archives” is fast approaching! The conference will be in Denton, Texas, May 20-23, 2020 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Denton Convention Center. The deadline for submission is November 15, 2019.

To facilitate collaboration and the creation of joint proposals we’ve created a Google spreadsheet. Take a look and see what opportunities are out there.

Proposals will be evaluated on the completeness of the description, diversity of the speakers, and the originality of the topic. Because the 2020 SSA conference will be held concurrently with the 2020 Open Access Symposium, topics with potential cross-over to a scholarly communications audience are encouraged. Please submit session proposals using the online form.
