Sustainability

The goal of the Sustainability Committee is to implement a strategic plan for SSA sustainability with a focus on environmental sustainability. The strategic plan includes five goals (identify needs, establish best practices, education and training, relationship building and cooperation, and Annual Meeting planning), a broad seven-year timeline, and four core values (triple bottom line, DEI and environmental justice, resiliency, and support).

The Sustainability Committee is currently conducting a new survey, accessible from the following source: SSA Sustainability Survey. The survey will close on October 31, 2025.
