We write to let you know that the recording for Together We Lead: An Overview of Collective Leadership is now available. The recording is available free of cost to SAA members and at a rate of $49 for non-SAA members.

This session introduces attendees to the foundations of collective leadership through defining it as a practice. It also shares strategies to foster collective leadership, including facilitation, trauma-informed practices, developing a shared vision and values, making decisions together, resolving conflict, and discussing change management. Inclusive leadership, collective decision-making, and anti-oppressive facilitation are essential skills for driving innovation, inclusivity, and anti-racist action within the archival field, and we hope attendees will enjoy learning about strategies to implement this approach in their leadership practice.
