Things They Never Told You in Graduate School
Chair: Melissa Gonzales, The University of Texas at Arlington
In this lightning round session, panelists from academic, museum, government, corporate, and nonprofit
archival institutions will discuss issues and quirks they encountered on the job for which
their education did not quite prepare them, and how they dealt with these situations. This session’s
format allows those individuals on the panel to engage in informative and thought‐provoking
dialogue that will provide attendees the opportunity to learn via the panelists’ experiences, and
hopefully, join in the conversation.
