The Annual Meeting Program Committee of the
Society of Georgia Archivists (SGA) is pleased to announce the theme of the 2015 meeting: Archives as Community: Building Bridges and Sustaining Relationships. This year's theme reflects the significance of our constituents and stakeholders in facilitating and expanding the functions and use of archives and archival materials. The meeting will take place in Columbus, Georgia,
October 22-23, 2015.
Presentation proposals are now being accepted. We invite all archivists, students, and other interested parties to propose a session. The SGA Annual Meeting is a wonderful opportunity to present on initiatives, projects, or research being undertaken at your repository; share valuable information; and get feedback from your colleagues. You do not need to be a member of SGA to offer a submission!
For more information on the annual meeting, potential session topics, or to download the proposal form please visit the
SGA site. Please do not hesitate to contact
Heather Oswald if you have any questions or suggestions.
