Title: Foundations of Culturally Sensitive Metadata

Description: This workshop is designed to support archives workers in the creation, auditing, or remediation of culturally sensitive metadata. In conversation with workshop facilitators and colleagues, participants will examine key principles, case studies, and tools developed by communities of practice. Upon completing this workshop, participants will be able to identify potential challenges, resources, and frameworks of action for applying these practices in their unique institutional setting.

Duration Length: 90 minutes
