    Salary (Pay Basis)
    : 3,705.30 - 4,117.00 (Monthly)

    Description

    Under the direction of the State Parks Staff Services and Administration Director, this position performs archival work and is responsible for ensuring division compliance with agency Records Management protocol and statutory requirements.  This position provides consultative services and direction regarding maintenance, management, and preservation of records.  This position also analyzes and develops best practices for records and information management and utilizes digital software to maintain electronic records and a digital repository of records.  The Records Analyst III may supervise the work of others.   Performs additional duties as assigned.  Complies with all Agency, Division and Branch rules, regulations and procedures.

    Qualifications

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    Education:
    Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree.

    Experience:
    Records Analyst II:
    Two years experience with records management, museum or library science, or archival work;
    Experience with digitization of records and/or digital records storage systems and processes.
    NOTE:  Experience may have occurred concurrently.

    Records Analyst III:
    Three years experience with records management, museum or library science, or archival work;
    Experience conducting training or educational program associated with records management, preservation services, or document control methodologies;
    Experience with digitization of records and/or digital records storage systems and processes.
    NOTE:  Experience may have occurred concurrently.
