    The University of the Pacific Libraries in Stockton, California is seeking a Librarian for Special Collections who will provide curation and management of physical, digitized, and born-digital archival materials in the Holt-Atherton Special Collections and Archives, particularly in regards to Pacific-created Open Educational Resources and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

    The Librarian for Special Collections will assist with collection strategies, policies and procedures, priorities for digitization, and modes of access for the digital collections, as well as cultivate strategic working relationships across the campus.

    The person in this role will collaborate with the Head of Special Collections & Archives to collect, preserve, and make available archival materials that are unique to Pacific’s three campuses, as well as the California region. They will also collaborate with colleagues to actively pursue efforts towards student learning and success through Open Educational Resources and the institutional repository, Scholarly Commons.

    Salary Range $65,000-74,000 per year
