The Menil Collection is seeking applicants for the position of ADP Project Archivist. The position is for a term of 3 years.
The salary for the position is $55,000/year with benefits.
The Artists Documentation Program is a joint endeavor of the Menil Collection and the Whitney Museum of American Art. The Artists Documentation Program (ADP) interviews artists and their close associates to gain a better understanding of their materials, working techniques, and intent for conservation of their works. The chosen applicant will report to the Menil Collection's Director of the Library and Archives, work with the Menil Archives, the Whitney's Research Resources department, and the Conservation Departments of both institutions.
