Evaluation, Assessment, Outreach and Promotion: What Archives Have and Do

With increasingly tighter budgets, archives must track their use to justify their collecting and

programming policies, and, in some cases, their very existence. This session will focus on the tools

utilized to gather statistics for use and instruction and programs instituted to better serve and

inform patrons and colleagues.
