    Records Management & Publications Coordinator—R. W. Steen Library, Stephen F. Austin State University—Nacogdoches, TX


    This is a professional position responsible for coordinating a university-wide records management program in accordance with applicable state and local retention requirements. Responsible for providing introductory and ongoing records retention training; communicating changes to the university's record retention schedule and retention policies and procedures; and serving as the university's publications liaison to the Texas State Publications Depository Program. Works under limited supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. This is a security-sensitive position. Reports to the Director, East Texas Research Center.


    EDUCATION:  Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, or a related field is required. Related experience may be substituted for required education on a basis set forth by the Department of Human Resources


    EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:  Two years of related experience is required. Experience presenting information in a variety of formal and information settings to individuals and groups is required.
