Beyond Deliverables: A Whole Person Approach to Management in Libraries and Archives

We are gathering input through a survey from colleagues at all levels of experience for our upcoming SAA session, "Beyond Deliverables: A Whole Person Approach to Management in Libraries and Archives."

Your (anonymized) input will be invaluable in enabling candid and practical dialogue about how both managers (widely defined) and frontline staff/individual contributors can create and sustain their capacity to facilitate an environment that uses mission-driven and purposeful tasks to develop people, not people to deliver tasks.
