    Dear colleagues,

For the past year, the Oral History Association Metadata Task Force has been conducting Phase 2 of our survey about current oral history metadata and description practices. We will close the survey at the end of February, but before then, we are putting out one last call for participation.

We recognize that SSA is comprised of practitioners who share many of our goals regarding building best practice around accessibility, management, and preservation of oral history objects. To that end, we specifically seek SSA members' participation in Phase 2 of our survey. Please, if your work includes oral history, or you know of a colleague whose does, please participate or share!

Here is a direct link to the survey: https://goo.gl/forms/FoFF5gqDuMWMl3Or1

We anticipate that it will take about 45-60 minutes to complete the survey, but you need not complete all in one session. You may submit your answers and return to add/edit at a later date, but please keep in mind that the survey will close at the end of February, 2019.

More info about our Metadata Task Force can be found here: http://ohda.matrix.msu.edu/2015/10/the-oha-metadata-task-force-the-force-behind-our-task/

Thanks so much for your time! Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions at oha.metadata@gmail.com.

    Sincerely,
    THE OHA MTF
